Azowrap™ Combo Interleaved

Azowrap™ Combo Interleaved uses alternating sheets of absorbent cellulosic non-woven material, and strong, puncture-resistant, drapable, 100% synethtic SMS (Spunbond/Meltblown/Spunbond) to provide a total ‘packaging system’ for large and heavy instrument trays. The interlaved sheets mean the tray can be wrapped sequentially, or as a single step process, reducing overall wrapping time. The Azowrap™ Combo Interleaved is suitable for use with Steam sterilisation processes at 134°C for 23 minutes, and Ethylene Oxide processes at 54°C for 90 minutes. The blue SMS layer is made from 47 gsm, and the green non-woven layer is made from 57 gsm.
